Guests attend this establishment at their own risk.

The Proprietor, its agent/s and/ or its employee/s (“the Proprietor”) shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive and abandon any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.

The guest/s in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the Proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.

Overnight occupancy is strictly according to the number of persons as per the reservation. We kindly request that visiting guests leave the premises by 22:00 pm. Out of respect for fellow guests, please keep the noise level to a minimum between 22:00 pm – 08:00 am.
Booking Requirements

A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking, the balance of payment is due on arrival.

Payment via bank transfer: bank details supplied on request.

Payment via credit card: we accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 31 days or more before arrival: no fee will be charged.

Cancellation 15 - 30 days before arrival: 50% of total amount will be charged

Cancellation 14 days or less before arrival, no show or early departure: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

Early arrivals or late departures by prior arrangement. We will do our best to accommodate you!
Lobby Hours

8:00 am - 18:00 pm, 7 days a week.

For any emergencies outside these hours, please pick up the receiver of the intercom in the office & dial the red circle.
